Morning!!!! I was up at 4:30 to get ready for my road trip. We are on our way now.

And this is what is wrong with politics (generally speaking) you have people who have absolutely no idea what they are talking about, made even more dangerous by the fact that they have no desire or intention of verifying their facts - and these people are convinced they have the moral authority to propose policies and laws... and what's worse - we fricken vote them in.

To add insult to injury - many of them will also get a better paycheck, and a pension for their years of 'service', than the average person will

Elections haven't been this exciting since Pat Paulson (Laugh-In) ran on the comedy ticket with the slogan: If you're gonna put a comedian in the White House vote for a real comedian.
If you've followed elections going back to (at least) JFK, then it's pretty obvious that if elections really made a difference they would be illegal.

YA gotta admit, the idea that a clown might have access to the codes of nuclear bombs is pretty exciting!!

I say we abolish this president thingy and hire a king to handle things. And every once in a while if the king isn't doing a good job.... we kill him!
