You have a choice. you can either "Pull" a hissy fit or "Have" a hissy fit. Pulling one takes a bit longer than having one, so if you're too busy or just don't have the time, just stamp your feet in your own unique hissy style, cringe a bit, let out a loud scream (if you're in a place where a scream isn't convenient, grit your teeth, let out a low moan ) and that should do it.

(note) It's better to "Have" a hissy fit, because you can include others in your fit or even direct your hissy fit to someone special.
Personally, I find that "Having" a hissy fit is much more satisfying than pulling a hissy fit.
