But i did make up for lost sleep from the night before and was able to relax a bit more. I think being removed from my terrible meetings helps.

So you actually refer to your time slept like you refer to days of the week. Kinda like having a long weekend and having to make up for the extra day...... you slept longer the other day so it made up for not sleeping last night?????
