House down the street just sold for 660,000, mine is 400 square feet larger on the upper levels and the Entertainment room is 200 square feet larger. My lot is over twice the size ...so I'm worth about 730,000...maybe it's time to pick up and move to Florida and pick up something for a steal.

Back in the 50's from around Ft Lauderdale down all there was.. was a sand barge.
Some marketing team came up with one of the most brilliant ideas ever.

Let advertize as a retirement community and get all the old folks from up north to come on down here.
They targeted old people because they knew they wouldn't last much longer and could be used for landfill.

Now, you can't find any swampland anywhere in the state. Although I know of several towns that should be turned back into swampland....

Sure...its like extra flavor ....Canadian Tire has a sausage vendor out front , you could sell the spicy Burnt parts as a side dish

I've no doubt about the worth of your place when you first moved in, but you forgot to mention how the entire neighborhood depreciated soon after you moved in.

Had a great time at Rebecca's apt yesterday for a cook out. The roommates bf did the cooking out on the patio and we ate inside like they had planned.

Howdy, from The Lost Zone.
Just finishing up a bowl of Wheatie cardboard, added walnuts and fresh blueberries and working on a double cappuccino with dark roast espresso beans.
Not a very exciting breakfast , but I figure as I'm getting older, I should start the day easy and smooth and work my way up to a "fun" lunch and by dinner time it'll be nothing short of boisterous!
Then there's club hopping this evening which should cause a riot.

And then, I have to do it all over again tomorrow. I tell ya, Saturdays are awesome.
