Ya know, they call this period the "Like" generation.
The way you all seem to drop your phones so often (which totally baffles me) They should call this the clutz generation.

I got my Z10 and Passport the day they hit market and there's not a scratch on either of them and i don't use a screen protector or a case.

So, what you're saying is ALL the companies that manufacture mobile phones that Rogers carries, make special modification just for Rogers.

If they really claim that in writing there are sooo many laws that they have broken..... Tampering, fraud, false claims,

There is a very slim chance that Rogers has permission from those manufactures to alter the phones by installing there own sensors.
The cost alone says there's no way!!

OK! Looked it up! They have a "tool" called Device Aid to " diagnose, analyze and resolve common issues on your device, right from your device! "
So much for the sensor theory.

If you can get them "to Claim" it again , get the name of the person you talked to and Ask them to send you the information. And pass it on to me. (I'm Serious and I'm never serious)

The Class Action Suite cost them 36.7 million dollars which is divided equally to every person who filled out a claim form thru the Law Firm that is representing THE PEOPLE.

That's a lot of money if you consider the statistics that tell just how many people didn't bother to fill out the form. Something like only one in 50 did.


Besides, it's the principle.

Always keep a backup. Actually, I found out my current one wouldn't work with my SIM card so I have to get a new one

both phones have a sim card for me. and it was easy to get it activated. I'm just annoyed i have to accept a new phone and load it all up again. Takes a while to get everything back the way i want it.

If you think about it (well, I'll think for you) The majority of humans have never ventured outside their own state and even more have never left there own town.
So, I wouldn't be surprised to know how many have never left there own neighborhoods.

And then you've got those that take vacations and never leave the motel grounds. It's got a bar, a restaurant and a pool.. right???
Or how about CAMPERS. THey do that to leave the city and get back to nature with their Winnebagos and all the comforts of home.
