Rent. Trust me, I submitted enough requests to make myself sick. Took me going after corporate on social media to get the roof leak fixed.

Unless you live in a cave, there's a noise ordinance. You call the police and complain, they come out and stop the noise and you remain anonymous. During the day, you make the management aware. There are laws and rules that protect the tenant.
Google "Tenant/Landlord" in your state. I am the only Advocate for Tenants Rights Alaska has ever had. And I was an advocate for tenants right in Santa Cruz County for years.

That's nice in writing but law enforcement around here, they don't care about that. Unless they are doing drugs/committing serious crimes...

Even my husband, who is a cop, has struggled with us having noisy neighbors. It's annoying.

well i called VZW last night. Have to upgrade to the new S9+ because i busted up my s8+ by dropping it on the bathroom tile

Well, most of the people in the area already put on summer tires, I should've taken a picture of the fleet of cars stuck on my street

Well, considering my car has been hit by hail every single year...

Maybe this will be the year when I sleep though the storms.

This apartment had a roof leak for years, it currently has holes in the attic, cracks in the bedroom wall from shifting foundation, the AC hardly works, there is dripping on the walls and the bathroom lights flicker...

I'd say it's time.
