Ya know, I never had to worry about my weight. Then, a few years ago (around 62) I gained a little weight. Not even noticable to others, I kept watch on it and went up a few and back down a few without even changing anything.
So for me, when I feel a bit heavier than i like I just consider myself Tweedledum and on a good day Tweedledee.

Thing is EVERYDAY is a good day to me. so even if I'm Dum, I'm Dee!

Aside from calories and other "pre" nonsense...... You had better take a lot of pictures of the two of you together. And no excuses like, I don't have my makeup on or my hair..blah, blah blah.

Well the file managers leave something to be desired . This is another opportunity that BlackBerry has (a software company) to jump in and make a few bucks....but alas ...nuffin. They could easily drop a file manager app into google play and I'm sure in no time people would be all over it
