This along with the mandatory female circumcision would tend to make Uganda a less-than-desirable travel destination. They've got some serious cobwebs to dust off of their socio-political ethics.
Aw shucks. I'm blushing redder than that xB.
You know your old when the age group that used to look old to you is now looking pretty good.

Remember, our population is always higher around election time where the phrase "Vote Early and Vote Often" was coined. ;)
And some just continue to look good. Andie McDowell is 54 years old.

Chicago is also where "Gangsters" and "Drive-by Shootings" were invented during prohibition and the Al Capone days.
Alphonse "Scarface Al" Capone was the most notorious gangster of his generation. Born in 1899, Capone settled in Chicago to take over Johnny Torrio’s business dealing with outlawed liquor. Within 3 years, Capone had nearly 700 men at his disposal. As the profits came in, Capone acquired finesse- particularly finesse in the management of politics and politicians. By the middle of the decade, he had gained complete control of the suburb Cicero, and had installed his own Mayor in office. Capone’s rise to fame did not come without bloodshed. Rival gangs, such as the Gennas and the Aiellos, started wars with Capone, eventually leading to an epidemic of killings of epic proportions. In 1927, Capone and his gang were pulling in approximately $60 million per year- most of it from beer. Capone did not only control the sale of liquor to over 10,000 speakeasies, but he also controlled the supply: from Canada to Florida. Capone was imprisoned for tax violations and eventually died on January 25, 1947, due to a heart attack and pneumonia.
She cheated -- a sh!tload of that time was that Groundhog Day that just kept repeating over and over. :p
Damn, I just turned 55, and I'm pretty sure I didn't look anywhere near that good last year.
Come to think of it, I don't think I ever looked that good.
Drive-by shootings have been employed by gang members and organized crime, since the Prohibition era of the 1920s in the United States. Originally used mostly to disrupt distribution of alcohol by rivals, it is now used to commit revenge murder. Drive-bys are an efficient way of taking out rivals, as it allows the perpetrators to not only flee from the police but also quickly get out of a rival's territory, while also being effective. Probably the most famous gangland drive-by-shooting happened with George "Bugs" Moran attacked Al Capone in a coffee shop, several months before the infamous St. Valentine's Day Massacre in 1929.
On that Feb. 14, 1929 at just about the exact same time as the shootings, Al Capone had a large family photo taken with lots of relatives, friends and witnesses present some 50 miles away in a far south suburb of Chicago where my parents once lived, many years after this incident of course, but a town still known for it corruption as is the suburb of Cicero, IL where corrupt mayors are sent to jail almost as often as the corrupt Governors of the State of Illinois. The last two Govs. are still in prison, what a state.
In avatar size, from a distance, with my failing eyesight, it almost looks like Cartman
Respect MYauthoritayAvatar!
As I was just scrolling down the page, I took a double-take thinkng "Hey. Who's the new person with the Cartman avatar?" So either it's not just you, or my eyes are going too!
Don't know why, I just never found her that appealing for some reason. Maybe she was just too old for me or something, but she didn't do it for me. Reminds me a little of a friend of my mother's I think. Honestly not even a big fan of her acting, but that is probably just me because she sure seems popular on those shampoo commercials.
I think you looked better before you changed your avatar, but maybe that's just me. :rotfl:
Think again!!!
:cant-watch:
Hey Bear! Since everyone's changing they're avatars..............Never mind...............
Yoohooo, oh Louuuzzzer, can you come here a minute please :rotfl::laughing:
Wow! That's just wrong on 5000 different levels. But I still hit the 'like' button.
Oh boy now you went and did it . . . . . . . supper time.
