Well it's a good thing RIM has an interest in hockey sticks. Because somebody needs to.

Canadian lawmaker: Share the Cup
EDMONTON, Alberta -- A member of the Canadian parliament says the Stanley Cup should be awarded to an amateur team if the NHL labor fight isn't settled in time to save the season.
Brent Rathgeber suggests the cup could be the prize in a national competition to determine the best non-pro team in Canada.
A group of recreational players made a similar suggestion during the 2004-05 lockout, when they argued in court that Lord Stanley's cup wasn't the exclusive property of the NHL.
An out-of-court settlement back then said the cup's trustees have the option -- but not the obligation -- of awarding the prize to another team if there is no NHL champion.
Writing on his blog, Rathgeber points out the trustees' original purpose was to promote amateur hockey in Canada.

Packers seek out shovelers
GREEN BAY, Wis. -- The Green Bay Packers are looking for help.
The NFL's only publicly owned team is asking for as many as 600 people to clear snow from Lambeau Field on Friday.
The first big storm of the winter has already dumped 6 inches of snow on northeastern Wisconsin, with up to a foot expected before it tapers off.
The Packers host the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.
Shovelers need to be at least 15 years old, and the Packers will pay $10 per hour. The job comes with a shovel but, sorry, not a spot on the 53-man roster

But if they are pantless they will be giving a new avatar by the now famous 5000er Louzer.
Pantless or the Raidars?
Pantless of course.
Is the end of the world going to happen at 12:00AM, midday, or at 11:59pm on Friday?
Or do we get to choose a random time?
I can't believe that wasn't specified.
Maybe should designate a person from here to set the time.
I vote for Louzer.
Proud Pantless posts probably put points properly placed.
I'm casting a second vote for Louzer.
Pantless over Panty Raiders!
All that the Mayans actually committed to was Q4 2012. The 12/21 date came about by bloggers and rumors.
