In my entire life I have never eaten yogurt. every time I think of "active bacteria" I picture little germs in Nikes and spandex

Everyone I know loves to go for frozen yogurt. They tell me it's just as good as ice cream, but lower in calories and better for you. The way I figure it, instead of going for frozen yogurt 2 or 3 times a week, I'd much rather have ice cream once every week or so. The calories must certainly even out and, after all, yogurt, to me, does not taste like ice cream. To me, yogurt is alien food.

Note - I've been away for a few days and I'm desperately trying to catch up!
