Stress and just random things that can effect your glucose levels. It's a game and it isn't a fun one. Been hospitalized for high and low levels.
Take all the negative things you said and turn them into a positive outlook! And Bingo! You've just taken control of your glucose levels. If you're gonna make a game of it, why not "try" to make it a fun game? And Bingo! You've just taken control of your stress.
Worrying and stressing about "anything" will not change "anything" for the better. It's a waste of time and energy.
I have no stress in my life. I have no worries in my life. Why??? Because I Choose not to !
And Random things? Worrying about random things won't stop them from happening. And once they've happened, it's too late to worry about them.
The difference between living in the negative and living in the positive "is a choice!"
Forget what you've been "brought up to believe." it's useless baggage.
Look around you. See how people's' action make themselves sick. Stop following where the path may lead.
Make your own path and leave a trail!.
Deez... I don't make references to things I don't do myself.
As a child, Like everyone else, I got my yearly shots and like everyone else I always came down with something.
In 1967, I chose not to be shot up with germs. ever again.
And while everyone I know continues to get shots and get sick year after year, I haven't had so much as a cold in 50 years. And every year , I'm told "I'm just lucky!"
People believe what they're told and don't question it . Doctors are in business to STAY in business. not to cure you! you're "TOLD" that those shots are to build up a resistance to "whatever."
Do you see anyone building up a resistance?
I can only say what works for me, but those that have followed my example have also shown the same results.
I may drop dead tomorrow because i didn't follow the rules, but worrying about tomorrow isn't going to change it. So, for the rest of today I'm going to continue to live life to the fullest.

I think your refusal to pay a therapist is done for the wrong reason.
You might want to see a therapist to talk you OUT of being fixed.

There are other "specialists" you can see that'll fix you! . In fact, you don't need ANY doctor.
You HAVE passed that "pause" stage, right?
Now you can go spend that money on QVC !
Amen! Exactly what I am doing!!!

    Fine! You don't wanna share????
I've been told I'm borderline and insulin resistant.
At one point I had gained a bit of weight and my A1c was up around 7.9. Daily blood from pinprick was 136 +
So, I did the research and eliminated sugars , lost the weight and within three months my daily was 107..A1c was 7.2

Now they tell you once you have Diabetes you always have it.
Yet , with a cold, when it's gone, you no longer have a cold.
It's my belief that once you get your Diabetes in check you no longer have that!
If you do the math... there's no cure for the common cold , so no particular meds .....yet with Diabetes they have meds that they know work which include Metformin, Januvia and Bydureon .
So, no meds but the cold is gone and the opposite goes for Diabetes.
What that tells me is, there's no money for doctors to bother treating a cold but they can keep you hanging on with Diabetes????? Personally, I don't have a lot of faith in any profession that keeps them in the "practice" stage!
And, if you read the side effects... most meds list the same things. They all list "Memory loss," and I think...
Well, how would you know??? I have a high resistance to drugs in general. I don't believe that shooting germs into your body is gonna build up your resistance. I haven't had a shot since 1967 and I haven't had so much as a cold since. The only side effects I get are hallucinations from LSD and a slight loss of memory after staying up for three days on Meth!
I'm 66.... look forty and still have a full head of hair to my waist.
And so what if I can't remember what I had for breakfast!!

    Now.... what was the question????
    Exactly the point.

Easy now! You're asking for a major headache. Lucky I got here just in the knick of the
Time Zone Continuum Thingy. After very little thought I can say confidentially that you've asked lots of questions and then answered them yourself .
And from one who has spent much time on "those" boards and been kicked off of them,, I can't say I've ever seen you ON those boards. ( and even if i did, I wouldn't tell you)

Hey, that reminds me... I am presently void of any infractions.
I've gotta get to work if I'm going to beat last years numbers. And what better day to start than on a wacky day AFTER the new day.. day! I mean, it's about time I gave you guys equal time .
Only problem is Jackd doesn't exactly give me much to work with. Watching him staring at a mobile device can only go so far. I need volunteers. Hey Muppet you're now an honorary Cannock (Deal with ti!)
Some of those threads out there are just too much. I dont have those phones so I can't help.

Nice, it won't happen overnight. I can however continue to make progress daily, no matter how slow.

Bipolar and manic depression is one thing that when I get the 'blah, eff it' moods it's a tad bit hard to bounce back from.
