I have financial/career stability. I have the financial means. But as an American I don’t have stock market or presidential/political stability which impacts the potential for losing my shirt in a house or condo purchase in my opinion. And I’m getting an amazing deal on a two bedroom rental right now with nice garage parking in my favorite part of uptown Minneapolis. So I’m going to wait and see.

My apologies then. We’re working on fixing what’s broken. Mueller is at least. I predict many convictions of the current GOP congress and whitehouse including the orange clown. That will be a good start.
