I have fibromyalgia. It always feels like I'm on fire, there are bugs crawling under my skin, a dull ache in all my joints, extreme muscle cramping, stomach issues, exhaustion, insomnia, anxiety, depression...

I'm a huge mess and nothing I've tried so far has helped me one bit.

Well, in India that's not to worry ( I mean processors) but yeah, one could use better storage with these prices and not to mention plethora of issues those comes with just being apple.

My personal apple experience has been pretty smooth, in fact delightful upto sometime back apart from pricing of course but then that's going to be sour point in future too.

I think pot is a good suggestion. Unfortunately it isn’t legal in your state. You could always pick some up and see if it works. If it does it might be worth it from a quality of life perspective to move to a state where it is legal.

Fibrositis is brought on by mood issues.
Start with the anxiety and depression! Get that under control and the exhaustion from your insomnia will likely dissipate and your cramping and stomach issues will disappear.
But if you think medication alone will do it.... it won't.
You need to change your eating habits for starters.
Learn how breathing exercises can relax you and help you center yourself.

Turn the bugs into a game to distract your mind from the other things. Start with a can of bug spray and a fly swatter .
Or zap them with a hot iron. When you're out and about and those methods aren't workable, wrap fly paper around different areas of your body. Get creative. These may induce side effects such as smiling and laughing which have been known to help relieve depression and anxiety which are usually brought on by you telling your brain that you have these symptoms to begin with.

If that doesn't work, get all those phones off you. That radiation can't be helping
