ok so Dr. Oz says no diet soda. Seltzer instead. Well good thing I switched to seltzer a while ago...but i still like the occasional diet with certain foods

Ice cubes come in different sizes..... like pasta!
Check the manual for your fridge to see what size cube is best used for a specific meal.
The default cube size usually goes best with spaghetti . (WHAT??? YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME????)

Well, at least you've got some choices. Die from pure sugar and the fat calories or from the chemicals in sugar substitutes.
or you "could" go with natural soda's that are sweetened with Stevia (but what fun would THAT be!!)

But, regarding the cubes, I may embellish a bit, from time to time, but I always tell the truth to the best of my ability.

You probably have it set on "crushed" ice. (which, by the way, goes great with any meal) as long as it's not used for alcohol or carbonated drinks or any liquids containing sugar or sugar substitutes.

I (me) just couldn't believe... still don't... which is why I continue to question everything and research.
