Cool thread going here. I used to be into VW's quite a lot, my favorite was my '93 Corrado SLC (silver VR6, hence my name). Now I have no $$ and need to put a motor in my Saab......which cost a lot of $$! I try to drive cars from work as much as possible though (Chrysler SRT), usually Challengers and Grand Cherokee SRT8's, all for "testing" of course....:-). OP, good choice on an SRT4 Neon, VERY tunable for a reasonable price. PM me if you need information at some point as my development engineer did all the stage kits for the SRT4 Neon's.

I haven't actually done any sorts of mods on my car ('96 VW Cabrio) but I would have liked to... it's just too bad that I'm moving away for school, so it will probably be a while before I get my next car... I'm hoping it'll be a WRX STI.

Nah, can't deal with it anymore, but if you want it, I have it for sale
Nah, I'm not up for it. Too much maintenance, most of the people I know that have RXs get them for the love of that engine though and hate LS swaps. I think the third gen RX7 is an immaculate piece of work, but the rotary engine leaves something to be desired.

    and wow Dadto, nice ride.

i used to be a tuner...but you cant beat that awesome muscle...i had a 95 civic ex....took the engine out and then did a ls v-tech turbo...hybrid t3/t4 but then i was tired of it..went onto a 95 coupe again and was tired of people saying" 4 bangers in need of a booster to help win so i went with the jspec h22 stock of 220hp and then did some mods on up after that...fabricated the hood so that the head would fit underneath it.....but all that now i look back was wasted money and wish i had it in my pocket..since then i had a 02 gsxr 1000 pushing 260whp..and yes..there was a good deal of money in that bike...added a 60 shot of wet nitrous straight into the injectors and took the butterflys off.. but never got it dyno'ed or ran it with the NOS....it was just there to know it was there..now i have a 2002 jeep....a 69 chevelle ....02 gsxr and 2003 954...but i wanna get a 54 bel air .....and would give my right nut for a 67 continental

I've had way to many cars to list (from German to Jap), but my current and longest owning car is a 3rd gen RX7 with a LS1 in progress. I've always been in love with muscle cars, but couldn't stand the size of most, this is the best of both worlds.
Nice choice, I wouldn't mind having one of those some day...

It's so expensive, if I knew what I was getting into 7 years ago, I would of not purchased the car and gotten that GTO above or something like it. Thank god my mentality for cell phones isn't shared with my cars, or I could be in real trouble.

Gotta love the car threads! I love cars a bit too much sometimes. I haven't gotten into modding them as much as I would like due to lack of money and a lack of garage. Here's my last car, 2007 Mustang.

This was shortly after we got it, so it's not modded here. I didn't do a whole lot too it. Short shifter, intake/tune, exhaust, new grille, shorty antennae, and sequential taillights. I loved it, and hated to get rid of it, but it was necessary due to many reasons.

Here's my current ride, 2008 Habanero Red Civic Si
