I don't know about you guys but I have a terrible time letting go of my old BlackBerry devices, unlike my old Android and iOS junk. Those things were easy to wipe and resell or donate. But my BlackBerry stuff tends to accumulate on my tech shelf. At present I have 2 PlayBooks, a 9930 (oh so sweet clicky keys), my old "throw away" 9310 and most recently a Q10 that joined the pile when I got this beautiful Passport.

    Anyone else have this problem?

I noticed the same thing. No matter how old it is, someone always wants your old iPhone or iPad

Lol, I know what you mean I'm always on the lookout for any old or reasonably price BlackBerry.

There a 32gb PlayBook on Craigslist now for 30 bucks I'm itching to buy. Keep telling myself if it's still available this weekend I
    may just pick it up.

Great post OP! How about those who came to Blackberry via BB10 and have an illogical need to buy the older Blackberries?!? Psion 5mx and 7s sit on my shelf alongside my Q10 and OG Passport. The 9900 is in my future.

I have a 9900 that I gave to my daughter for Christmas when that was still the thing to do, I charged it up and pulled the screen protector off of it and she told me she didn't want a BlackBerry, she wanted a slab... I don't think a call was ever made on it... every once in awhile I feel like using it again, or think I should sell it because SOMEONE should use it before it is useless, but i just can't seem to part with it. I have my other old ones too, but the 9900 makes me the saddest cause it's the pretty girl that never got to go to the dance...

I had a BlackBerry Leap had it for 6 month then it got wet. So go to the Cell Store asked for a BlackBerry Passport and he looked at me like I was crazy. I love my BlackBerry.

Yeah I'd have to agree with OP. I myself have many older BB devices that I haven't gotten rid of as of yet.

    1. Bold 9000
    2. Curve 8900
    3. Curve 8520
    4. Curve 9300
    5. Torch 1 & 2
    6. Storm 2 9550
    7. Q5, Q10, Z10 and in the process of getting Z30 soon.

2 years back when I saw what a collection I had I said to myself that I'm keeping it all since I'm almost all the way there anyways. it's good to have a couple antiques that you love nowadays. I could probably never sell them. it's harder than some think and the memories I've had with these devices have just been great! so no thanks probably won't see any reason to give them up.
