Makes me think the NHL isn't as alive and well in the USA as Mr. Bettman thinks.

Agreed. I read an article a year ago that Hockey had surpassed Basketball in popularity (in pick up leagues, something like that) in the U.S. You would never know it by the way NBC treats the NHL.

I checked with my cable company about getting CBC, but it isn't offered. I experienced Hockey Night In Canada while visiting friends in London, Ontario and I was impressed. Oh, and, you are so right about Milbury ...LOL!

After last night, I think there's a really good chance this is going 7 games. As for who's going to take it, it's any body's guess. Both teams have showed that they can win in the other's house. But if Boston can pull out a win on Saturday, all bets are off.
