IGrann is pretty good since it is in beta and not available in the app store. The blackgram app will most likely be pulled because it has 'gram' in its name.

for the camera issue on the sideloaded insagram, youll need a debug token. there are a bunch of tutorial of how to do this ..

I tried all versions of Instagram and runtimes and couldn't get a combo to work on my phone. Oh well. No ned now!!!!!!!!!!!!

While I do like the direction that iGrann is heading, and I understand that is in Beta still, I am not ready to uninstall my side loaded Android Instagram. There are still a few bugs that need to corrected before it can be a daily app.

I use sideloaded instagram. Everything works (even leaving comments) the only thing is that to leave comments I need to use speech recognition software. It does work well. I will wait for igrann

There is a work around for this that doesn't require speech software. I believe bla1ze did a blog post on it. The title is something like "Instagram keyboard fix" and it involves side loading an Android launcher and an Android keyboard. He outlines the steps for it in the post. I did it and it works like a charm.
