I don't know where to put this. Move it if need be. I am getting a blackberry Pearl 9100 from Rogers and wondering if it will be better or worse than the bb torch 9800. I've an unlocked Red torch 9800 from SaskTel and getting a Pearl 9100 with Rogers. I'm wondering if the pearl takes a sim card and whether or not I can switch Rogers Sim card between the two devices?

The 9100 is a GSM device, so it does use SIM cards.

The 9800 is better all-around in terms of specs: more memory, better camera.

I'm thinking of making the pearl 9100 my main bb for work and personal use but how would it work on a playbook with bb bridge or not? If anything I've a bold 9900 unlocked that I can use with bridge its unlocked from Bell Mobility Canada.

The 9100 is definitely capable of bridge. Any device running OS5 or greater is able to utilize bridge.
