    based on observations in the forum, it seems the Blackberry demographic has made quite a shift, at least in the more vocal users. basically, i've been seeing a lot more posts about "what can i do without a data plan", "where's the FREE stuff", "i scratched/broke/killed my blackberry and i'm CRYING", "help, i deleted my friend's blackberry", or "help my tell my parents i need a blackberry".

    as such, i was wondering what the age breakdown seems to be these days since sometimes the more outspoken dont necessarily represent the actual consumer base.

    and please, let's try not to bash any part of the demographic. i'm just curious to see if the forum correlates to RIM's demographic research and sales results in any way. of course it's not scientific in any way, but just an attempt at a snapshot of the numbers.

    21 here. I think the change in demographic has to do with change in price and the fact the 1 person gets the sexy machine then someone sees it and soon a whole neighborhood is hooked. But I guess only rim can say what the demographic is.

    19 3/4 lol. Ill be 20 in October. Hannibal king your lucky, people always say I look 16 maybe 17. Which really sucks cuz I still get carded at rated R movies. Its kind of embarrassing and I can only imagine what'll happen when I'm 21 and try to buy a drink lmao.
