Sounds like you need a new provider. That's the general problem with any third party provider that piggybacks off another network: you never quite know what you're going to get.

I have 3 providers / simcards here ;)

Anyway my internet is working fine.. they just say that blackberry cannot connect to Internet..

Maybe that;s part of their image problem? They can't connect to the Internet? LOL

So is she confused with the BiS you need for legacy devices? Otherwise I don't get it...

What issue were you having that you needed tech support?

Can it make calls? Or is that out of the question too? :P

Maybe she meant BlackBerry can't connect to the Internet in general, as in when a BlackBerry user says they have to send some mail, she pictures some one with a bunch of envelopes at a mailbox?
