My BF is not technologically inclined. He is not at all into my Pearl. He is always asking me what I'm doing now (when I'm checking CB, email, txt msgs, etc.). He's not at all thrilled that I spend so much time with it. Oh well.....if he won't advance himself technologically, that's his problem, not mine....LOL. Maybe he thinks I'm talking to another guy.

Me and some of our friends signed up for BB and he didn't and he constantly stole my phone away so he could chat with them! Or tell me to message them. it used to be so irritating.

Now he has one too and he can't stop messaging them and whenever we spend time together he pays no damn attention to me. I might as well shop with a pole.

The wifey finally got a Curve about a month ago. (She hasn't had a smartphone before) and I've had my curve since September 07 and I have become the owners manual for her phone. Its like she is addicted but I'm the dealer and its only getting worse. I have my own addiction to nourish & satisfy.

This is great. My bf and I had the xv6700, and when that crap died, he upgraded to the xv6800 and I went over the Berry 8830. He's an IT director and always complaing about how "restrained" the BB is, but I wouldn't trade it in for the world. At least my OS works and doesn't freeze up my phone!

My wife did not understand why I wanted a Treo or needed a Treo. She is in nursing school and is required to get a Treo with Palm OS system so she can down load her drug book onto it. I used that to wiggle my way into BB and she took my palm. She is starting to like the palm, and I think she is starting to like my BB more as I talk about it all the time. I think once she does not need the Treo for school anylonger, I will get her over to BB.

My husband is all the time telling me that my blackberry is a piece of crap. I think not. I've owned a blackberry pearl,curve,and now a blackberry 8110. Quite happy with all of them. Saves my life at times. I'm so unorganized and forgetful. He has taken a quite liking to the bold though. Looks like there might be two of us purchasing it when it comes out

My Bf still hates my pearl! Before I got it I was attached to my phone now with e-mail messenger and texting my phone is always going off! It drives him crazy and he thinks it's ridiculous that I can't put my phone down lol he's going to be upgrading soon and I'm getting him a BB so he can become addicted too lol

I had to give my beloved 8830 over to her and settle for an 8330(sly grin). Needless to say since the upgrade...er, uh, the sacrifice now she is addicted and asking me where to find themes, games, etc- Stacks of course! No more dirty looks or statements such as "I am a blackberry widow.". It has seperated but brought us closer together.lol.
