Also, he was charged for 'Criminal Threat' ... why not more if he did what you say "he did do"? Not saying that is all he did, but that was what he was charged for. He turned himself in because he had a warrant.

i personally like chris brown's music as well as rihanna's....1)no one really knows wat happened(but i does not make it right that he hit her) 2)yes i agree he should make a puclic apology and get counseling 3) no his music should not be banned, he does have a career...would you want to be banned from your employment because you hit your spouse/gf/bf? i'm so over the......oh you wasn't there so you don't know what happened; he ain't been accused; blah, blah....he did something b/c they've been seperated the whole time and if there was nothing to worry about he would have been by her side the entire time showing support instead of aplogizing for putting his hands on her; or the distraction of the situation....and for the record if i put my hands on my spouse and my job found out cause i was in jail and wasnt at work like i was suppose to be then yes some disciplinary actions need to be put in place or what....wouldnt we say the job is messed up for just sweeping it under the rug??????

I met Chris Browm myself and this is false and to boot at the time he was 16 or 17 and I also met his mom and she was very strict. To hit a women is wrong but it's not wrong to defend yourself. It's not a matter of "sides". If he beat her up, and she went back to him, then what does that say? A man has one time to hit me, and it's...over. No, "Oops! I snapped" or whatever. I grew up with a dad, who beat my mom senseless, just about every night, when I was a kid. Knocked some of her teeth out, and all. So, don't come at me like that, cuz you have no idea.

Secondly, if a man will hit a woman once, he'll hit her..again. He doesn't automatically "get well", just because he got found out. They all apologize. That's part of the drama. Snottin', cryin' and beggin for another chance. True sorrow will result in a change of behavior. Always.

A woman who allows a man to abuse her is just as "touched" as the man dealing out the abuse. That was my point. Who knows if that's even the first time he hit her. Might not be. Probably isn't.

Finally, no I don't support women beaters, child molesters (as in "R.Kelly") with my cash. I don't care how talented they are. I feel bad for her, and I hope she's not the kind of woman who'd allow a male to slap her around, on a regular basis.

I agree. If you're fortunate enough to have a budding music career, and you get caught beatin' up a woman, then I say you should have thought about your career, and the possible repercussions, as you were raising your fist to lower it onto somebody's head. Gotta think things over.

I don't really care one way or the other if his music gets pulled because frankly I never listened to it anyway. But with that said, his music shouldn't be pulled from the radio. I don't care what he allegedly did. Pulling his music is going too far.

And if what he did was that bad then Rhianna wouldn't have gotten back with him. From what I saw yesterday, she apparently went on vacation with him. So if she's stupid enough to go back and probably drop the charges, then there should be no problem, right?
