Lol...reading through this made me recall my first job at Wendy's where I was in charge of the grill. Part of that job was making sure the bacon was fully cooked and crisp, and that the proper amount of bacon was placed on each burger. At the time I think there were 4 or 5 sandwiches with bacon. My standard of proper 'crispness' and with how much should be added to each sandwich was usually at odds with my manager. Let's just say no one was under served bacon on my watch, nor was anyone ever given 'soggy' bacon!
