When I think of Memphis, Music is the first thing that comes to mind!
But, as in all Cities, there's "that" section of town that most people avoid.
It's pretty clear that you reside in "that" area, so it's safe to assume you're ALL Bar-B-Qued!!

Back bacon (rashers, or, in the United States, Canadian bacon) comes from the loin in the middle of the back of the pig. It is a very lean, meaty cut of bacon, with less fat compared to other cuts.

What you call "Canadian bacon" we call "cooked ham". Your "bacon" is much fattier than our "bacon" but both are a mix of meat and fat marbled together. Ours is meatier but not as nice as the "rashers" CJH referred to. *drool* Now those are nice!!!

ham with natural juices,ham with water added
Glazed ham,
we can roast it, broil it, boil it, and fry it and grill it!

we can get it with reduced sodium, hickory flavored, honey flavored, flavored with pepper
