    Well nothing as exciting as rest of you have posted but I'm compelled to share. It's not my daily and sadly with family and other responsibilities, it often takes a back seat and sees only occasional driving.

    Not powerful at 55-60 hp but that's enough to launch it's 1400 lbs and push it down the road nicely assuming nice weather and a good adjustment on the carb.

    It won't set any records in anything but fun.

    Took about 2 years to build 20+ years ago. Could use a rebuild or refresh but honestly it's just plain fun to drive.

    My daily driver now. 2013 F-150 FX2 twin turbo Ecoboost. A few little bolt ons but easily the most fun and comfortable truck I've ever driven.

    I used to have a 02' Lightning and 03' Cobra but will take my new truck any day of the week!!!

    Lightness is the most important stat of all! I'll take 1400 lbs all day long, and I don't care how much horsepower it has. Simplify, then add lightness.

    That's why I love my Miata so much. But the Miata is positively <ahem>obese compared to 1400 lbs.

    Student pass is "only" $116, but it needs separate photo ID and I pass the card around when I'm not using it.

    But it's still less of a mess than the new system.
