Does initial bit rate matter when decompressing .mp3 files into .wav files? Will the .wav generated from a 320kbps CBR .mp3 be more decompressed/better than, say, a .wav from a 192kbps CBR .mp3?
Is there a bit rate cut-off at which it practically doesn't matter, and the .wav files are similar sounding in quality?
