That is a mood question. Dive bars are fun if you just want to wallow in whatever dark emotion you are processing. Upscale is if you are in a good mood and want to look good and hang out with happy, party people. I have done my share of both.

well considering i work 2nd shift till 11:30, i go to the bar maybe once a week with coworkers after work...I usually have a beer then maybe a shot, and some food...When i get home i sleep like a baby!!
