    My water bottle is frozen.
Shi, if that's a clear plastic water bottle that you buy at a store, avoid freezing it. That type of plastic leeches chemicals into the water when frozen or heated.

Yes. I am 100% serious. If you want to freeze it and have ultra cold water, there are other types of plastic that don't break down at extreme temps.
You'll have to google it and buy a water bottle that won't poison you.
Probably better to buy one regardless.

Think of the trucks that transport skids of bottled water.
Sitting out in the hot sun, freezing in the winter...

Same thing happens when you have food in a plastic container and heat it in the microwave. Some types of cheap plastic break down on a molecular level.

Don't be scared. Just buy good stuff, like Tupperware.
Research and you will be fine. There are many different kinds of plastic.

Yeah, the world is full of things that are bad for us. It's impossible to avoid them all.

Just avoid tacos with rat droppings in 'em and you'll be fine.

thats why there's a number stamped on the bottom of plastic containers (usually inside a triangle made of arrows?)...the number lets you know what the plastic is specifically for...i don't know the ratings but i'm sure one could find out. like, NEVER put those red/blue plastic SOLO cups in the dishwasher, very unsafe and not good for you!!

Never fill a styrofoam cup with gasoline or soon you'll have no gasoline nor will you have a styrofoam cup... Plus ul have nothing to pour your drink in so you have something to quench your thirst after eating your taco...
