I just start drinking roast coffee from Timonthy. *shudder*

I am afraid to get addicted on this stuff.
Does 1 cup of small coffee keep me awake for a day work?

I wish I could drink one cup of coffee and have it give the same effect on me as it does for those that don't drink it often; or where 'one cup' is enough.

If I drink one cup of coffee; it stays in my system momentarily until I go on a caffeine crash and eventually need more simply to reverse the symptoms of the caffeine crash...a vicious cycle indeed. I've developed a high tolerance for caffeine (which isn't a good thing).

An excessive amount of caffeine intake can have many side effects in both the short and long-term. I may 'reset' my caffeine clock so that I force my body to be able to function off of one cup/minimal amount of caffeine rather than the copious amount I drink now.

Our supermarkets now carry Dunkin Donuts coffee so I'm all over it. About to finish my first bag of regular blend and gonna start my french vanilla blend soon.

Speaking of which, I'm gonna go make some.......

Get into work at 7 am. Often the person brewing the first cup. On my 3rd cup by 8:30, I try and not drink it after lunch time.

Ooohhh-i HAVE to have my coffe in the morn- french vanilla with french vanilla cream & milk NO sugar. Otherwise I'm a b!tch the whole day! Lol and 1 cup does me just fine. Rare occassion that my kids drive me totally insane-then I'll grab a 2nd cup!

i'm sure that there are plenty of coffee threads on here, but whatever...lol i'm a little drunk right now... anywyas, i drink about a pot a day of coffee... i'm trying to catch to Chaz who drinks 2 pots of coffee if not more a day... chaz rules!!!
