    I remember listening to cassettes on an 8 track player via an adapter. It has a tendency to eat tapes that were longer than 60 minutes.

    At the time it was a great piece of equipment. Didn't have to replace the huge cabinet stereo.

    when cassettes came out my dad was so p!ssed. he had 100s of 8tracks. they were everywhere...all over the seats & floorboards in the car. i can still see the wrinkled up labels on them, ahhhhhhhh
