Okay guys am having a problem over here and I wish someone will help me out because I kinda feel that am screwed after installing 10.2 my model number changed from STL100-1 to Dev Alpha am abit worried about that the second thing is I tried everything possible to get back to the official OS by using BlackBerry Link and Web autoloader BlackBerry Link keeps telling me there's no new updates and the Web autoloader gives me Fatal error I wish someone help me out

Just download the latest leak, close BBLink and run the exe file from the leak ( remember to use the STL100-1 leak if that is youre device ) Here is the thread where you can fin the leak http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...-4-5-a-825730/

I have that issue. A security wipe and not loading back from 10.2 backup but from my 10.1 helped. I hope it'll solve for you as well. Also, if you having issue connecting to BBM under 10.1, after seurity wipe do not sign in to BlackBerry ID, skip it. In the menu open BBM and login from there.

No it's first hand and I bought it from dubai once it launched and my model number was STL100-1 till yesterday when I loaded 10.2 since that time it's stuck on Dev Alpha I just need everything to get back as it was

Actually when the tectonic plates of South America and north America collied it pushed the land mass up from the bottom if the ocean creating the land connection between Costa Rica, Panama and south America.
