It looks like a specialized program for offices.

Definitely not for consumers, hence the big pricetag.

Obviously it is for very specific consumers, not your everyday user- it's an entire phone scheduling system for a professional practice.

    You would be correct.

Advanced Telephone Scheduling v1.0 What is it? A fully functional automated client telephone appointment scheduling system. Provides 24/7 scheduling services for clients. How does it work? The office is provided with a dedicated local phone number. This is a phone line that is capable of handling a load of two clients/patients simultaneously. The patient/client can access your booking line at any time and any day of the week. The automated attendant prompts the user to pick a language of their choice. (i.e. French/English). The client is then directed to the scheduling system and can book their appointment for any of the available time slots. ATS v1.0 calls the client back one day before the scheduled appointment as a reminder. All scheduled appointments can be viewed and edited via the office computer or via a device of their choice through our added service (i.e. BlackBerry or PDA) Who is it for? Physicians Specialists Dentists Chiropractors Equipment rental companies Scheduled services ATS v1.0 provides instant savings, generates revenue and provides a 'round-the-clock' automated booking service. All this for a cost effective price.
Sounds like it would definitely be worth it for those types of people though.

Well, I hope you develop apps for the PB like you have for the BB phones and they don't cost quite as much - looking forward to some of your offerings...
