keep it up guys, eventually this is going to get out of hand in a hurry, with that being said lets keep at it, i feel eventually after "sharing so many apps" this could force rim to put some pep in their step to push official release out, tomorrow ill try and go for the pricey apps and post them
Can I ask where people are getting the .apk files from? I would love to test some out myself that have not already been listed but want to know where to locate the files.

i did dumped some from my wife's G2 .... but ya know google is.... all about android
So are the apps that you guys are sideloading paid and free apps? I'm thinking that they are both but am not 100% sure. Since they are probably both I'm thinking this is probably pissing off the Android folks(both developers and users). I'm wondering if RIM is going to step in and send out something to remedy the situation. I hope not because I think this is pretty sweet that there is finally the Android Player out there. Sorry to be a Debbie downer
Overdrive Media Console 2.3 works BUT the reader part is horrible slow. Downloaded an adobe epub from the local library and tried to read it. There is a loading popup for EACH page turn making it useless. Did not try an audiobook.
Yeehaaa...Kaiten Email is working with this player. While waiting for native email released, this is an alternative email client for android, beautifull UI, a lot of features and in the setting it got push email.. don't know if push work or not.
