There's a chance, but OnLive had to sell to a new investor and re-hire a bunch of staff, so they really need to see where their priorities are.
A side from the troubles OnLive had, they only have I think about 23 games that can be played on a touch screen. Unless they start creating and selling controllers for mobile devices (primarily to hook up to a TV screen and used as a streaming console), I don't think it will be out for BB10. I doubt it is used much for any mobile platform and for now it will probably be re-focused on PCs and Macs.
