generic app world photo that doesnt actually look like the BB app world. That picture makes it look as if the playbook carried all those apps which it doesnt yet.

Seriously misleading. The lack of Skype and Kindle apps at this point is inexcusable. What is the point of the front facing camera is there really isn't a useful video chat app? (no, I do not count the PB-only chat app.)

Maybe so you can record your ugly puss and send to your family or put it up online? But yeah I get your point and perhaps as in field of dreams..........if you build it they will come.

I know it's taking longer than most hoped for.

    TivoScheduler @$20.99! WTF!

It's certainly designed to make potential PB buyers think those apps are available, Pretty shady if you ask me.

RIM does make the PB app buildup a lot harder by not making it able to run those BB apps. When iPad first launched, there were also very few iPad apps, but at least you can still run the iphone/ipod apps. Another misjudgement on RIM's part.
That IS coming, unfortunately, not fast enough for most of our liking! Plus support for Android Apps!

Its misleading but not straight up lying. Straight up lying would be saying that those apps area available for playbook. That pic says that they are available on app world. They are. Just not functional on playbook... yet.
