pacemaker - $20.
not a game
but its an app...
yea - but the title say:
"what's the most you've ever spent on a single game pr app"
typo. " game OR app"
$3, on The Bard's Tale and Plants vs. Zombies. I'm a total cheapskate.
is it worth it?
$5 on Magellan Compass.....definitely worth it.
$3.99 photo studio products. Awesome
Groovy notes for me at $4.99
On a side note I found one app for $299.99! That seems crazy to me, it actually costs more than the PlayBook itself. It is a golf app and it doesn't look that professional, but I assume it must be geared for the professional. There is also another golf app for $99.99 and an app called MobileCSI for $49.99, but that one at least look pretty professional and is geared for the professional.

$4.99 for DeuterIDE, an app for programming. Will probably get well-used over the next two years of school. Worth it for me, but it might drive some people crazy, I dunno. But as far as most spent, I've had my PlayBook for less than 2 weeks.
$20,00 Pacemaker - Well worth it !
Some of the best money I spent in App World :)
$6.99 for Splashtop. Works well to get my laptop computer on my Playbook if I ever need it.
$2.99 on multiple apps...
$19.99 for Pacemaker and well deserved. Love it.
$9.99 for Galaxy On Fire 2 HD, well worth the price

$6.99 for Splashtop. I seldom use it, but it is there in emergencies for things I can't do on the PlayBook.
I love it..I don't have to be in my bedroom to do what I gotta do, instead I can keep an eye on my kids while on the couch using splashtop on my playbook. we were streaming netflix threw it today, hooked up the hdmi to the tv...and wasn't much diff than watching it from a wii. 5 stars... :)
$29.99 for Golfshot GPS on my iPhone4. Got it last year and used it for all my rounds this year -- mostly as a scorecard and to navigate new courses. It also keeps my stats. It's a tad expensive (on sale now for $20) but you dont have to have an annual subscription to the courses. They have an Android version and I'm really hoping that they will come out with a BB10 version or get their Android app converted. I've asked but they say they dont comment on new apps.
$10 Galaxy on Fire and surprisingly it was worth it.
$30. The Sling player app but it's not available for the PlayBook.
Yes, straming Netflix is one of the things I use it for, and it works from Macs as well as Windows.
Pacemaker. As mentioned by others it is totally worth it.
