Wait... Did you say native as in written in NDK? Because almost all those apps are written in adobe air or are html5 browser based solutions.
Only real NDK apps are the stock apps and games ported using marmalade...which, apcan also be disouted, they are still not Native because they are ports from IOS.

    No order..

Poynt - awesome multi-use app. Find restaurants, businesses, nearby events, even gas prices and weather info

Score Mobile - best sports related app out there.

Nobex Radio - Great quality, has all the stations I listen to when I'm in the car

Zinio - good magazine app, extra points for their $25 promotion when it was released to PB

Do - Simple nice looking to do list

Streaking - Simple app to keep track of 'streaks' on a calender. I use it to keep track of days I have gone to the gym, and done other home workouts. It's a great motivating tool

Cineplex - Basically 'The Score mobile' for everything to do with movies. Great looking app, gives info on upcoming movies, theatres, times, etc. Very well made

Run in Crowd - Great little run and jump game, great graphics no lag

Sketch W Friends - Best game on the playbook. Live, multiplayer pictionary with up to 8 people in a game. Has a free and paid version

Monopoly - Classic game is brought to the playbook. Runs very well, only downside is no multiplayer. That would have made it incredible.

    -Plants vs. Zombies
    -Angry Birds
    -Cut the Rope
    -Facebook
-Poynt (although I rarely use it)

That's honestly all I can think of... the Playbook really needs more apps.

    Here's my list:

    - Blaq (Must have Twitter Client)
    - Book Reader (Simply the best book reader for the PlayBook)
    - MovieSrtPlayer (Ideal for watching movies on my PlayBook w/ subtitles)
    - Splashtop HD (Amazing, just amazing)
    - My File Manager (Even when most people prefer other apps, i found this one works better, trust me, Bluetooth copying a file from BB to PlayBook through Bridge cant be faster without this app)
    - LAN File Explorer (This is a must have app too, special for transfer or streaming media content from PC on your PlayBook)
    - PicShop (The best photo editor app you can find for the PlayBook on app World, a must have)
    - IM+ (useful Instant Messaging app, supports WLM, Skype and FB chat among others)
    - What's Up (To tell you the truth, i didnt knew a thing about the Sky. I bought this app and i simply love it, i have a nice sky view from my room so in the night it becomes very useful and entertaining)
    - Modern Combat 2 HD (I play this game a lot, multiplayer mode is very addictive kinda like Call of Duty)

I'm assuming apps that aren't default on the PB. I've got some of the usual suspects.
These are the ones I use the most even though I have other paid and free apps that don't get used as often.

    File browser
    MovieFLVplayer
    PicShop
GroovyNotes (really really needs type assist)
Vault (needs password keyboard layout for entering passwords)
    Corkboard
    MoneyPlus
    File Shield
    Feedwheel
