uninstall - game progess

quick question that's been bogging my mind. want to uninstall games that I've completely beaten, and reinstall them when new levels are released ie. cut the rope angry birds. will I have to start from scratch or will the progress remain asit was before the uninstall - that would be ideal

You've to re-start .. (Start from scratch)

You used to be able to backup individual games and their saves quite easily (due to the backup files being unencrypted). 2.0.1.358 has destroyed this (and many other useful features).
