I would like to thank all those developers that let their apps be available to us in the middle east as well as the rest of the world. These developers are encouraging our open world. these developers are the majority but this is to those developers who are biased and not letting their apps be sold or offered to us in the middle east, shame on you.

i dont think its the developers who are blocking the apps from being sold in certain countries.

its the carrier + local telecommunication authorities who are blocking certain apps.
