Hey all. New playbook owner here. Is there any form of an application that I can use that will allow me to stream my Netflix account from my home computer to the playbook? I realize that there is no official Netflix app.
Thanks

Flix if your home computer is running Windows.
Splashtop works well. It's about the best I have come across so far anyway.
Cheers! Appreciate it.
These are two very different types of apps. Splashtop does a lot more, it will let you control your computer's screen from the PlayBook, run all sorts of programs, including Netflix, and has the advantage of working on Macs as well as Windows. It would require Netflix to be running onscreen on your PC, though, which could be a disadvantage if someone else wants to use the PC. Flix only does one thing, stream Netflix, but it runs offscreen on your PC.
Is "flix" a sideloaded app?
No, it's in AppWorld, it is a paid app, I think $3.
Actually they are very similar though all systems need a server on your pc.
Flix runs a server on your PC for Netflix. Appx 4 bucks
Splashtop runs a server on your PC for RDP and Netflix. Appx 7 bucks.
Connect to TVersity app lets you use multiple media servers on your PC for free streaming video, but for Netflix you need a PlayOn subscription. Appx 2 bucks
Theres another app comng Plex, support looks shady though and its the same as PlayOn only not as fully featured afaik. Price unknown.
