I dont 't see this happen anytime soon. The BlackBerry Phones had to wait a very long time before it appears, and even the iPad does not have a Native App.
Best hope we have is the Android Player adding support to run the Android App of Spotify.
[QUOTE[/U]=jwhatton;7002434]Will this ever happen? I've just installed it on my Bold and I'd love to see a PlayBook version!
Much prefer it to BBM music[/QUOTE]
I too would love to see spotify oh the PB as well. I wasn't aware it was available on Blackberry ... at all. Great music app and they actually have "decent" reccomendations on what I actually listen to ... and not some rap or bubblegum bands!.
I asked spotify this a short while ago they didn't see it as being likely but they did say someone could develop an app with the free libraries or something (not being a developer I'm not sure what they are on about or if anyone is trying)
We can manage and listen Spotify on PlayBook remotely using Splashtop, it works fine for me. Although if anybody create an app using the free libraries it would be fantastic.
I have been sending message via twitter to @Spotify to tell them we want a CDMA version and an Playbook version. Anyone feel free to join me. The only way it happens is for Spotify to see their is a market for their product.
This spotify in the browser app works.
Double click to play a song: single click on the song -> open virtual keyboard and hit enter (curved arrow) to play it finally. //Thx for the correction
I hope this helps.
