I am using the Splashtop Desk application and on one computer it is fine, but the one running Windows XP it logs on and then the cursur basically flashes and jumps a bit randomly. If I try to open something nothing happens but as soon as I close the Blackberry side of the App, the desktop goes and opens everything I was trying to open. Any help????
Interesting. Are you giving it time to respond? I've got 5 computers with Splashtop and some work a lot faster than others. I guess it depends on processing and wifi speeds?
Does your XP have a good internet connection? Is it an old computer? Maybe try deleting the program and reinstalling? Have you checked the website FAQ? Have you emailed support?
i have similar performance from my old XP, P4, desktop. My cpu is at 90% just idling. No cpu cycles left to do stuff. Changing the resolution to 800x600 helped alot. My Windows 7 dual core laptop runs much better.
