I enjoy playing Solitaire and am still using the free version. It is full of bugs and I am reluctant to go to the paid version fearing it will have the same problems. Can someone using the paid version comment with their experiences.

It's amazing how full of bugs this app is. I've crashed it one second into the game. (The timer is great for determining this.) I think a lot of it has to do with how it handles the touchscreen. I wish the author would update it, as I think he's losing money.

The reviews seem to be good generally, so I'm wondering if it works better on other platforms.

I have Solitaire HD by OdesysLLC. It's an Android port, but it works great and looks great. It is free but ad-supported but the ad on the side (or top in portrait mode) isn't really in the way.

Just started using Nimbo Kolimbo's Solitaire from BB World. Pretty basic ie no 'undo' function, you can't change the colour of the cards etc but it does the job and I haven't crashed it yet either :-)
