I think it was a mistake, its now showing as free (at least for me is it).
Still showing as $599.99 on mine. That's a bit steep for me, I might have to wait until next payday, maybe even take out a second mortgage! (unless that price includes 3- 64GB PlayBooks to run it on!)
There seems to be two apps in appWorld with the same or similar description.
One in PB appWorld says $599.99
One that is free says it is not supported by PB
This version starts a trial leading to a paid subscription
?? what does this mean ??
Only appWorld knows
There's a sucker born every minute and always a market for the best. Someone will buy it so they can have the best crossword app ever. A fool and his money are soon parted, and it doesn't take many fools to get rich!
Now what was my paypal password?

What do the reviews say? Maybe it does more than crosswords? Maybe it is actually a code decrypter for CIA agents overseas.
Of course CIA agents would use nothing but playbooks. They know that the enemies would not buy it at that price. Wait, maybe enemy agents will pay the developer just to analyze it to find out! This dev is a genius!
oh no! Maybe they will capture him and torture him!!

is justa typo error here is a picture from their actual website
Yeah, I think someone spilled coffee or orange juice on the keyboard .. and now has the "sticky key" problem with the "9" key .. so, instead of 5,99 it became 599,99 (this is in case the decimal separator is automatically placed in front of the last 2 digits)
Reading the description, I thought it was supposed to be free which gives you one week to try the crosswords, then you had the option to subscribe to a subscription service of 1 month, 6 months, or a year or something similar to that. Not sure on the cost of what these subscriptions will be.
In the vendor portal, app prices are selected using a drop down menu from a range of preselected choices. Looks like someone made a mistake with their mouse.
