Sorry if this has been covered before. Is there an easy way (anyway?) to refine searches to sort and view only new apps on app world? There is alot of media mascarading and passing itself off as an app in App World. RIM says they want to sell apps then it better make sure people can find them. As apps become more plentiful it would be nice to see whats new in each category or sub cat.

I wouldn't mind the endless broken non-working Andoid Apps from Handster.
I wouldn't mind the ugly as sin books by that digi books company.
And I wouldn't mind the 5 million jigsaw applications being released.

.. If only I could see more than the last 25 released apps. Even an RSS feed would have been ok.

:P Ah well, what can you do.

Here's your RSS feed. You may need to tweak your region ID. Log in to App World via the web to check yours.

So the short answer is "no". Hey RIM please pick up your game here. The first rule of business is make it easy for your customers to buy from you. If I see shelves of stuff I don't want I leave the store.

Dont forget to add the calendar apps that Digi-Media is now putting out.

I'm hoping that 2.0 will see App World really updated in which better searching options are included. Although, at this point, I'd kill to see a "block publisher" option added too.
