Scribbles lifetime subscription problem

Is anyone having this problem with Scribbles?!

I purchased the lifetime subscription to unlock all the levels in Scribbles but am suddenly being asked to purchase new levels/lifetime subscription; and when I try to restore purchases it does not acknowledge my purchase. I have contacted the app developer and RIM but neither have replied.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app.

Any solutions?

There is option to restore the purchases in the game itself. If it doesn't work and then you can send mail to their support.
