    I was notified that there was an update/upgrade available on my Playbook today and after downloading and attempting to install it says:

    "There was a problem during installation. Please try again."

    I've attempted to install multiple times and always get the same Install Error.

    Any suggestions as to how to fix?

    Have you deleted the old Scrapbook version or restarted your pb? Or both?

    Rebooting device finally allowed me to re-download and successfully install.

    I received my new Bold 9930 today and I have spent the entire afternoon/evening setting it up, installing device OS's and have rebooted so many times on the phone I forgot to reboot on Playbook.

    Your welcome.

    Some apps, rather than upgrade, install a second newer one. Don't know why.

    Deleting an app and doing a fresh install of a newer version seems to work better.

    Occasionally check under All in the menu bar. If you see 2 versions of the same app. Delete the first one which is usually older.

    Also, you can only delete app in My World or under All. Deleting from Favorites, Media or Games only deletes the shortcut.
