Why does this app show up twice? (see attached)

Simple bug? Have you tried rebooting? Also try waiting 24h or so and see whether App World refreshes and it goes away.

It's been that way for several days. When I select upgrade, both of them run at the same time and appear to complete. once finished, if I select Refresh, one then disappears. But, later, it comes back.

After trying this again, once I run the update for the Facebook app, I get prompted for the OS update again. I've already done the update prior to this.

Try this delete both same apps then reboot playbook. After that open app world then refresh it see if it shows twice.
