I am looking for an app that I can use for in my office for documentation. What I need is a template that I can basically fill out through a touch screen and the key board and save as a pdf with out lossing the template. I have seen picnote and it looks very promising. I need to be able to develop the template. any ideas? thanks.

Why not just create an Excel or Word document, edit it however you choose, then just "Save As" so you can keep the original template?

much to time consuming to navigate through a word doc. What i'm looking for is a doc that i can edit like a photo editor, with the touch screen.
